Getting your brand logo printed on paper bags is not difficult — once you understand the process, the work goes smoothly. These are the 5 steps followed in every custom order.
Step 1: Keep your logo ready
The best file is vector format (PDF, AI or EPS) — you can enlarge the logo as much as you want without losing quality. If you don’t have vector, a high-resolution image (PNG/JPG) also works. You can send the logo directly on WhatsApp — the manufacturer will make it print-ready.
Step 2: Decide bag type, size and quantity
Think: what the bag is for (counter bag, shopping bag, gift bag), how big it should be, and how many pieces you need. The final price depends on quantity, so keep an approximate number ready.
Step 3: Check the design proof
The manufacturer will make a design from your logo and brand colours and send it — look at it carefully. Check the logo placement, size, colours and spelling (brand name!) three times. Changes are free at this stage.
Step 4: Sample approval — the most important step
Before bulk printing, always see one sample bag. Check print sharpness, colours, foiling and handle — everything in hand. Whatever is okay in the sample is what will come in bulk. Never place a bulk order without seeing the sample.
Step 5: Bulk production and delivery
As soon as the sample is approved, production starts at the factory. After quality check, the ready bags are dispatched in safe packing — directly in Delhi NCR, and by transport to other cities.
One tip: if this is your first order, think of a slightly larger quantity — reordering a small batch later costs more per bag. Talk openly with your manufacturer about this.
